Financial
CGM provides complete accounting services for all clients. CGM provides
budget analysis and budget preparation.
CGM provides complete financial reports which includes detailed
monthly financial statements by the 15th of the following month.
Financial statements can be tailored to each clients needs.
For owners and tenants convenience monthly fees and rents can be
paid by pre-authorized payment. (See Forms)
Monthly financial statements include:
- Balance Sheet
- Budget Comparison Cash Flow (Income and Expense)
- Reserve Fund Statement for Condominiums
- Administration of Reserve Fund monies to achieve the greatest
return
- Expense Distribution
- Aged Receivables
- Accounts Payable
- Other statements can be provided as required.
